Jan. 3-4 seems a little early for the “January Thaw,” but we’ll take it! The snow has gone down considerably.

Turning pages: I’m currently reading “Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire,” the fourth in the series. Since the beginning of the holidays I have read the three previous HP novels plus Mitch Albom’s “For One More Day” which was a gift from Dave. It is a heartwarming story set up in an interesting way.
