Well, it’s been a really wild week for us. Last week I had a test to check my gallbladder. The next day my PA called and wanted me to visit a surgeon, and Friday I was in surgery. It’s really taken a wild swing in my schedule. Erin has taken excellent care of me and stayed at the hospital. She’s been a great nurse. Last week several other family members had wild swings in health. The Mayhair’s dog Sparky became very ill. The vet figured her kidneys were failing and wanted to try an IV. About the same time Steve’s mom ended up in the hospital from severe pain. The doctors at found some blockages. And one of my uncles was battling a lung infection. Steve’s mom had surgery and is recovering nicely. And my uncle is starting to feel better as well.

The weather has also been having wild swings. Yesterday it was 90 and humid, today it is about 60. We hope the people and the town of Northwood can rebound after being shredded by a tornado last night.
