Pie, anyone?

Wow, two posts in a row by me? Must be a first, or at least a first in a very long time. Thanksgiving is just five days away and we give thanks for the many blessings shown to us each and every day.

I am making two pies, pecan and lemon meringue, for the big day which we’re spending in Valley City this year. I also found a neat cheesy cornbread recipe to try for my office Christmas party (whenever we set a date for it).

Other than the recipe scouting, we are just enjoying a quiet weekend at home. Take care everyone!
