We had a nice Thanksgiving at Jim & Rose’s this year. The Mayhair bunch, Ron, Curt and Kasey, Kevin, mom and dad, and us celebrated the day by eating away at a huge spread of food. Like normal we all made large batches of everything, and ate large batches of everything. We had fun playing games with the kids and visiting. There’s the annual question, why did I eat so much?

Curt just returned from a trip to Arizona. He went camping, fishing, and explored Phoenix while visiting a friend down there. Curt leaves for Utah on December 5 for some National Guard leadership training. He will be gone for three weeks. I think he is becoming a snowbird. =-) Bev had a nice holiday with friends in Rochester. She’s getting closer to finishing her first semester in nursing school… and she is kicking butt. Julie is on the other end, she is excited that January will bring her final semester of college.
