Well, it depends on which “groundhog” or animal you watch… we might have more or less winter. In North Dakota, we’ll just have more winter. Mother Nature will tease us, but rarely does she like to give us an early spring. This week’s been a tease. The temperatures are nice and we’ve melted some snow and ice. Payback might be coming this next week as a new snow system is on its way. We’re not thrilled, but it is still winter.
