Well, Mother Nature has something against us this week. This morning many North Dakotans woke up to find a thick laer of ice on everything. We’ve been receiving a steady rain all morning. According to the weather forecasters, the rain will change to snow and we’ll get buried in that too. So much for enjoying the warmth we had this past week.
