Yup, it is spring in North Dakota. Most of the state is battling floods. Even Bismarck is experiencing floods this year. Dickinson is dealing with over 16 inches of wet snow and ice. Jamestown has some river and overland flooding, and Valley City is dealing with a possible record flood in the coming weeks. Many communities are calling off school to assist in sandbagging efforts locally and in Fargo. Hopefully, the floods decide to pass soon.
