The flooding situation is at historic levels in Valley City. This morning the town broke the all-time river level record, and expects the river to rise another 2 feet! I have posted some pictures in our photo album, misc. folder, of the flood. Including some pictures of the BlackHawk helicopter that dropped several 1 ton sandbags this morning.
