Sorry to neglect my posting here. It’s true, I’m a bandwagon jumper when it comes to Facebook, and to a lesser extent Twitter as I use that a bit for my work.

Another season of performing comes to an end tomorrow evening as we have our Chamber Orchestra concert. I’m super excited about my English horn solo, and I am playing oboe in one other piece, and that’s it! I am anxiously awaiting word on the 2009 fall musical, as that will be my next time in the playing chair. Today I’ll be in the audience taking in our college band and choir’s spring concert.

Today I’m thinking back to my college years as I learned this morning of the passing of a dear English professor from whom I was fortunate to take three classes. He was “one of the good ones.”
