I have three performances coming up, so I have been practicing oboe and English horn quite a bit. Next Saturday night, I’m playing English horn on one piece for a student vocal recital. Then on Sunday afternoon, I’m playing oboe (and English horn for one song) at the college band concert. Sunday night, I’m playing oboe for a concert over in VC.  I’m excited for everything to come together and for audiences to hear our hard work. My chops will be glad when it’s all over!
