Bev came up to ND and visited last week. Her and Jack spent a lot of time in Valley City visiting mom & dad and checking out things. We decided to have a beach party last Friday at Lake Ashtabula. Bev, Erin, Tom, Bri, and Sam started the party early by swimming and enjoying the warm sun. We got up there and grilled and enjoyed a fun visit. I know Bev enjoyed her visit back home.

The beach party provided an opportunity for Erin and I to kayak the lake. We’ve talked about it since buying the kayaks, and now had the chance. We enjoyed a nice run with them, then Brianna and I went out for a bit.
