Erin and I went to Rochester over the weekend to celebrate Bev’s 30th birthday and do some relaxing.  We had a fun time at the Mall of America on Friday, then brought Bev to a Sonic (drive-in) restaurant.  The real party was meeting up with her friends at a pizza place, then off to the bowling alley.  Some how, Bev managed to convince both places to put the UND hockey game on the TV.  We had a relaxing Saturday visiting some areas of Rochester, making lasagna, and watching more hockey.  Jack got played out and cuddled with Erin for over an hour.  We had a blast… here are some pictures.
