Erin and I headed west yesterday to kayak Lake Isabel.  Lake Isabel is just south of Dawson (and I-94) about 50 miles from Jamestown.  It was a sunny afternoon here, and a cloudy one there, but the weather held back and we enjoyed kayaking.  Lake Isabel is a beautiful oval lake with sandy beaches.

The summer weather has arrived, so we are out more on the kayaks.  Last weekend, we went to Pipestem Dam, and wow is the water high.  The water is still very high around Jamestown Reservoir as well.  We hope to tackle some new water again shortly.
