Well, we all knew it would happen some day…  Jack (Bev’s doggie) and Bev were on their way to a pet store so Jack could get a manicure.  Jack got a little anxious and caught the attention of the Rochester police.  The lights and siren were flashing and Bev had to pull over.  It didn’t take long for the good natured officer to notice Jack.  The officer thought Jack was an unbuckled child and pulled Bev over.  Jack and the officer made nice so Jack wouldn’t miss his appointment (no ticket or warning).  Within a couple hours Jack forgot the incident (Bev is still having a good laugh) and Jack is admiring his pretty nails.
