Mother Nature is enjoying screwing with us in the northern Midwest today.  Bismarck saw ice and heavy snow, see Curt’s picture.  In Jamestown, we had rain and are waiting for snow.  But the big contrast is what Bev enjoyed in Rochester… 70 degrees today.  Now that’s just unfair.
