We had a fun adventure to visit Langdon, Walhalla, Cavalier, Bathgate, Hamilton, and Cooperstown.
We stopped in Langdon at the city park for a nice lunch. Frost Fire Theatre’s production of the Sound of Music was absolutely wonderful (Walhalla). Then it was back off to Langdon for supper for friends and having a blast.
Next day was back to Walhalla and hiking in the Pembina Gorge State Park. Then to the Pembina County Museum near Icelandic State Park. A nice picnic lunch in Cavalier and hiking the city trail.
Then to Bathgate and meeting some residents and checking out the new park. We stopped at a family friend’s farm and had a blast playing and visiting. Finally, the Pembina County Fair in Hamilton! We enjoyed great fair food, watched horse chariot and chuckwagon racing, and some great fair rides
We headed out the next morning checking out a few small towns along the way. We toured the Ronald Reagan State Site – Missile site near Cooperstown. Finally… home. It was a fun trip!
